Avoid dealing with these people. I paid a reservation fee, traveled to see the car, agreed to buy it, and have it delivered. They told me we could finish the payment and paperwork the next day also they confirmed that I can pay for the insurance the same day of viewing (luckily I didn’t). However, the next day they called to say it was sold to someone else. I don’t understand how they took fees and confirmed it was sold to me. They are time wasters with no professional experience. Avoid them where possible.

Arranged a viewing for a Peugeot 207, a couple of days in advance. I made it clear that I was coming from 50 miles away. Nobody bothered to let me know that the car had sold, so I travelled for hours for nothing. They have wasted my time and my petrol.

The guys at KA Auto Vibes is outstanding. I had been eyeing several Toyota Yaris models, all with up-to-date MOTs, and had initially scheduled a viewing at another dealership for Thursday. Unfortunately, they let me down, so I contacted Ahsan at KA Auto Vibes and was able to visit immediately. Upon arrival, Ahsan had the Yaris key ready, allowing me to thoroughly inspect the car at my leisure. Everything was in perfect working order, and I was given the freedom to test drive it on the road for as long as I wished. I even pushed the car to high speeds to ensure everything was running smoothly.Afterward, Ali, the co-founder, explained all the paperwork related to the car. There was a minor issue with registering the vehicle due to the pre-paid Road Tax, requiring additional paperwork. Ali personally accompanied me to the post office, reimbursed me for the cost of the name change, and even promised to take care of the MOT, which was due at the end of March.Both Ali and Ahsan are exceptional in their work. I had a great conversation with Ali and found him to be very approachable and trustworthy, a stark contrast to other traders I had encountered. The car has been problem-free, and they’ve assured me that I can contact them anytime if needed. It was undoubtedly a top-notch experience

Had an amazing experience purchasing a car from this place. Very talkative very understand with everything. Didn't feel rushing or persuaded at all when buying the car. The car is in great condition really happy with the purchase along side that the people there are lovely. Would recommend buying from here.

I had a very good experience buying my Fiat 500 from KA Auto Vibes. Ali responded to my messages about the car very promptly and professionally, and I appreciated the quick and personal delivery service to my home address. Overall I am very impressed with the car and whole buying experience and would definitely recommend this dealer.
