Travelled several hours to view a VW Polo Match described as having "excellent bodywork". In reality, every single panel needed considerable work; from rust spots on the cills, door dents, bumpers partly covered with matt paint hidden with an oily substance, and panel edges worn down to white paint by too aggressive polishing. The interior was described as "excellent condition" but was filthy. An utter waste of time.

Myself and my husband had a very good experience. The car we bought was delivered to our home. The car arrived, cleaned inside and out. There was a small issue with the boot not opening and they fixed it straight away. Collected the car and dropped off again. I must add this is nearly a 1 hour drive. So happy with their professional customer service.

I am a police officer and recently got into a horrific car accident on my way to work. I bought my car from this dealer two days later and by the next day I had it. Ali, the owner is incredibly helpful and was more than willing to take the time whilst I dealt with my finance options etc, he even offered to drop the car off for me. Paperwork was dealt with promptly and the car was ready to go.Really good car, no issues so far, wouldn’t hesitate to return for help if I needed it.
