Excellent service, very clear and concise information concerning all the details of the cars. All my questions were answered honestly and in a straightforward manner and the test drive was a lovely experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending KA Auto Vibes limited to friends or family , and the Mercedes A Class I purchased has been a fantastic car.

These Auto Vibes people made a deal for me for a car. I had some problem with the car which I told them on the first day itself and I had also made the full payment and now they are not getting my car repaired nor do they pick up my calls

My wife and I bought a 2013 blue Ford Focus Automatic (low milage) from KA Auto Vibes. We arrived at the dealer yard which is very conveniently located right at the train station (Slough-Langley), This helped as are old car had broken down the week before and was a short train trip from Reading. Ali and Shukr greeted us, and we were allowed ample time to test drive. The vehicle drove smoothly and was as described. I checked the vehicle engine, and Ali answered all our questions openly. We agreed on a purchase price which included delivery to my house in Reading. Shukr delivered the car cleaned and had repaired the door rubber seals and added in scissor jack (which was missing). We completed the transaction for registration of ownership etc. outside my house. The purchase includes 30 days gearbox and engine only warranty (an excellent 6-month extended warranty is available for purchase as well). I later checked the car further and realised that three tyres were near limit. Called Shukr, and he arranged 3 fresh tyres (rated b -fuel and c-weather), which was professionally fitted by the local mechanic. Wow, what great service! We will be using their services in the future and highly recommend this dealer for great car deals.

Sold me a Honda Jazz last January unfortunately. I had to have the car scrapped due to it failing MOT, and had FALSE MOT put on for a year! When actually it wasn’t sold true.
